Fax or mail us the completed application. You must read our Independent Representative agreement which is located for your review at www.cleanupmycredit.com/ir.htm

You will recieve your free business opportunity packet within 1-2 Business Days (if you select the email option) or 5-7 Business Days (if you select the regular mail option).

This will contain your unique four digit code that you will give to potential customers when they call. It is extremely important that you give this code to all of your customers. This will entitle them to a 20% discount and is the only way that we will be able to link your referrals to you.
